If you’re lightening up this January and focusing on eating bright and clean foods, I’ve pulled my most popular healthy recipes from the blog into here.

I’ve divided them by the eating plans (note – not diets) most people ask me about:


Slow carb

4 hour body

Weight Watchers

Gluten free

Dairy free

Plus – there which are just my generally healthy recipes.  And these recipes for those popular lighter ingredients – salmon,  quinoa and kale.
